Our facility handles items up to 4.2 metres in length & 2.5m in width, using box ovens that give us real flexibility on sizing and precise control during the baking process. Every part is cured at a controlled, consistent temperature, resulting in a superior, longer-lasting finish.
We bring that same flexibility to colour. With up to 10-15 colour changeovers a day and a low minimum order value, we can turn around varied, multi-colour orders fast — without the delays or high minimums that come with larger production-line operators.
Every project includes full documented traceability from preparation to dispatch, including documented QC checks.
