We offer same-day quotes, with a 24/ 48 hour turnaround option available for urgent jobs, standard lead times are as agreed at the point of order but for new work 1 working week is a safe estimate.

We do have a minimum order value, but it's lower than most of our competitors' — so we're genuinely accessible for smaller runs and one-off items, not just large production orders.

We coat items up to 4.2 metres in length, with an oven width of 2.5m & height of 2.1m

We primarily work with fabricators, engineering firms, and architectural companies across Telford and Shropshire, though direct enquiries are welcome.

Yes — we work with trusted partners for chemical dipping and media/sand blasting, extending our prepping capability to suit a wider range of substrates and requirements.

We coat aluminium, steel, cast, galvanised, and most other metallic materials.

We're based in Telford, TF1, primarily serving Telford & Shropshire, however we welcome customers nationwide.

Every job goes through documented process steps including QC checklist with visual checks, thickness and adhesion testing available as required. All work carries full paperwork with complete traceability back to the customer order. We are also currently working towards ISO 9001 certification.

We apply powder using top of their class Wagner electrostatic spray guns, giving an even, consistent coat before curing in our box ovens.

We can provide a 'marine-grade' finish using an agreed primer and topcoat combination, fully encapsulating all surfaces of the material to a specified and agreed coating thickness.

We cure in box ovens rather than conveyor lines. Box ovens hold every part at a controlled, consistent temperature for a controlled time, avoiding the hot and cold spots and uniform-speed limitations of conveyor systems — so the powder is always properly cured, no matter the size & thickness of the material, leading to improved longevity and finish quality.

Yes — we run up to 10–15 colour changeovers a day, so multi-colour orders are handled efficiently without long delays between batches.
