Superior Curing & Quality Control
Archital Powder Coating utilise box ovens rather than conveyor lines to ensure every item is held at a consistent, controlled temperature. This eliminates the hot/cold spots and size limitations of conveyors, resulting in a fully cured finish with optimal heat treatment.
Every order undergoes documented process steps including a final QC step, including visual checks, with optional thickness measuring, and adhesion testing.
Advanced Coatings & Pre-Treatment
Our facility applies the full range of thermoset and thermoplastic finishes: Epoxy, Polyester, Polyurethane, Acrylic, Polyethylene, Nylon, PVC, and Polyvinyl Fluoride.
We use powders from the industry's leading manufacturers — AkzoNobel, Interpon, IGP, Tiger, Axalta, Jotun, HMG, Thomas Howse, Thermaset, and Sherwin-Williams.
To complement our in-house skills, we partner with industry specialists to provide external chemical dipping and media or sand blasting services.
